Outstanding. They were very nice. Some tiny insects, but overall excellent. The area is beautiful and there’s a legitimate pulqueria within one block.

Normally I don't have any complaints about anywhere because who cares most of the time, but the fact they never had the hot water on at any time of the day was a little annoying, and the room said 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, when both of them were neither, I basically paid extra for doubles, it's little things like that, that just kinda bugged me. But overall, it wasn't terrible, it was close to the center.

Me gustó el lugar, muy limpio, con buena ubicación, habitaciones amplias y buen servicio. Hay agua caliente, aunque es necesario avisar en recepción para que la activen cada vez que se vaya a utilizar.

La habitación en buenas condiciones, el personal amable. solo que si le falta algunas cosas, como secadora de pelo tapete en el baño, y tener mas cuidado en las sabanas de cama, en una encontramos un dulce pegado dentro de la sabana ya que nos ibamos acostar. Y si lo reservas como para descansar muy mala idea porque hay mucho ruido toda la noche todo se escucha, como las 7am empezaron a tocar el piano y pues creo que se me hace una falta de respeto a las personas que están descansando. Y hay que bajar a recepción para decirles que prendan el calentador para poder bañarte y eso es muy incomo.

Terrible location disappointing! Staff was only one male who couldn't do much to assist as he was overwhelmed having to attend to everything solo. Poor supply of hot water etc The place has potential but not ready to receive tourists

Excelente servicio, muy bonito lugar y el chico que nos recibió nos hizo el favor de orientarnos para llegar al hotel en su bicicleta, ya que había un desfile y las calles principales estaban cerradas. Eso le dio un toque plus al lugar.

La habitación muy básica, cama dura, faltan cobijas, no habia papel en los baños, habia mal olor del drenaje en la habitación, la ventana sin cortina y entraba mucha luz en la noche, el personal amable, nos ayudaron con los priblemas que se infirmaron, bien ubicada.

Buena ubicación y amplias habitaciones

Excelente ubicacion a pocos pasos de la piramide Cholula. Comodo y amplio el hotel. Solo que no hay ventanas en la habitación. Te sientes encerrado y el baño tenia un olor desagradable.
