This is a wonderful and magic quiet place. Pools are clean and the warm pool is relaxing. Exelent staff, and near zocalo. Like 15 minutes drive. Only little thing is some areas are still under construction.

We all really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We tried their spa services and they were amazing! We got a massage and we also did the group temascal. The temascal is an unforgettable experience, I recommend it to anyone that is looking to heal and ground themselves. The staff at the hotel were all polite and accommodating! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Beautiful property, staff was not welcoming. They had an attitude, we had to ask where everything was and not informed on how to operate the sauna ( unable to use). Website does not provide information on fitness room so, did not bring work out clothes. Food was excellent and drinks good.

The first morning we tried Breakfast in LA TROJE, the service was slow and by the time the dishes came, they were cold. We were just 4 people... Probably the waiter took so long to pick them and bring them to our table. The next day, we were a group of 13 and went to the other Restaurant: MADRE TIERRA, and the service was really slow and messy, because there was only one waiter attending our table and another table of 8. Of course it took almost 2 hours to have breakfast. Food wasn't great either in none of them. I think they should check how they manage both Restaurants, because the comments were good in the past.
