Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Habitación sin aire acondicionado, el ventilador no es suficiente para evitar el calor de noche u de día, al no tener ventilación se vuelve insoportable. Atención de regular a mala por parte de los miembros del staff. Las habitaciones , al encontrarse alrededor del restaurante del hotel, permiten todo el sonido de la música, vajilla, tazas, vasos y plática de los comensales de l restaurante y de los propios empleados desde temprana hora, por lo que si el interés es levantarse tarde o descansar, además del calor, lo hacen imposible. Lo más rescatable del hotel fue su ubicación, que resulta muy céntrica y a pie para muchas locaciones del centro histórico.
