This property is very pretty , I love the installation and the staff was friendly and polite, the only disappointment was there’s no coffee in the rooms, or complimentary coffee , and the restaurant doesn’t open until 8 so we have to get dressed and go to the Oxxo instead of enjoying a cup of coffee in the beautiful poolside terrace , I hope that change and make a package that includes breakfast so we can come back next year, but I do recommend the hotel, is safe and clean

En general nuestra experiencia fue muy buena. El personal del hotel es muy amable y dispuestos a ayudarte. No consumimos alimentos dentro del hotel, pero lo que podemos decir es que está cerca de lugares muy ricos para comer y tomar un trago. O desayunar muy completo. El único detalle es que las habitaciones suelen ser muy oscuras, con poca luz natural y las lámparas/focos internas no ayudan mucho a la iluminación general. Regresaríamos sin duda. .

las habitaciones estan muy descuidadas, el servicio de agua en la regadera y en el lavamanos cae muy poca y lo peor de todo es que el colchon estaba mega incomodo, no se duerme nada bien, el costo del hotel no esta a la altura de lo que se ofrece

Muy ruidoso. Buen hotel.

Hubo una fiesta de pueblo y la música sonó a todo volumen hasta las 3am. A las 6am empezaron los cuetes. La gente del hotel súper amable, excelente desayuno y buenas instalaciones.

No nos pudimos bañar porque no tenían agua, la tele es muy pequeña, el control remoto nos lo dieron solo con una pila, la caja de fuerte no servía. Por la mañana se escucha mucho ruido del restaurante en la habitación ya no se puede dormir

Las habitaciones son muy chicas. Está accesible hacia para ir caminando al centro de Cholula y hacia la zona arqueológica. A veces organizan eventos en sus jardines y es muy ruidosa, si van en plan de descanso no sería la opción más adecuada .
