"The front desk staff, Cristina and Sandra were absolutely amazing! They answered many questions, made festival and location recommendations, and even assisted with obtaining a taxi. They both provided professional, friendly service with expertise and kind guidance. It was a wonderful stay!"
"Very nice hotel near Santiago's attractions. Staff was very helpful with retrieving taxis throughout stay. Use of Keurig (only with an upgraded room apparently, otherwise there's coffee service in the lobby) was nice though we could have used a kettle as well (or in lieu of). The room was very well appointed with nice touches with two doors overlooking the garden. The small metal light next to bed runs very hot (I burnt my finger) so be careful not to touch it directly to move it around (there's a small metal attachment on the lamp I didn't see in time), but even still keep children completely away from it (imo).
