I would recommend The Rock for lunch or cocktails and the Galapagos Deli for breakfast - their freshly baked bread is delicious. The Charles Darwin research centre is obviously worth a visit and is free!

We had the VIP room at the top with a balcony. Our stay is only 1 day. It was a very quaint and cute hotel. It's 2 blocks walk from the main strip. The owners are super nice and kind. Puerto Ayora is a friendly place to relax, find many excellent restaurants and bars.
We were a little disappointed with Puerto Ayora it is more commercialised that we thought. However we had a great time. Highlights - tortoises in Highlands, Seymour Norte and Las Grietas - oh and the street food at night.
