Great hotel

Four of us stayed here in two room. Great hotel and location to get access to the river. Pool was fantastic and the rooms comfortable- albeit the air conditioning was quite noisy. Free parking onsite and the staff are great ! Restaurant offered a good choice of food and each time the food was tasty and well presented. We also hired the private boat for a day trip on the river - whilst it was Q3000 it is worth it if you have a few of you, although there were drinks - there could have been more provided (essentially two each)

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The hotel is showing its age, but remember where you are and simply enjoy! Restaurant is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The property advertised having a full-service spa on Expedia, and this is simply not true. The Wifi is also pretty terrible in the rooms, but decent in the restaurant areas. The staff was very kind and accommodating, and the restaurant was also very good!

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We did have a little bit of problem with bugs in our room at night, we had to keep the lights off or they seemed to come in through the thatch roof I guess. We also had ants in our bed a couple of times. But overall we truly enjoyed our time. The pool is perfect both for younger kids and older kids or adults. The food is excellent at the restaurant.
