We liked the restaurant and the room was nice. The pool was amazing and the front desk staff along with the waiters were super friendly and helpful with everything including setting up return boats and suggesting things to do.
Staff courteous, amenities clean quiet, outdoor very nice the landscaping, overall well kept. This is my second time in this hotel for sure I ll come back and recommend to other people.
Best location in town, easy to get to right off the boat (which we took from Punta Gorda in Belize to Livingston). We loved the pool area and the restaurant food was surprisingly good.

About the only decent accomodation in Livingston.
Quiet!, great garden area, big pool, small private beach, cleam rooms with balcony and views, nice restaurant and friendly service. After staying at a very mediocre place, this one is a breath of fresh air.
Recommend
Walking distance to almost everything in town, staff very helpful, rooms specious beautiful view clean, overall I recommended this hotel, good experience.
Outstanding!! The best you can find in Livingston. The staff is so kind, the location is very near the downtown, there are good options for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended!!
Property was walking distance and people were very friendly . A plus is Ac and water . Restaurants need a bit of help with staffing waited a long time for drinks .

The view is stunning and the weather is HOT. This hotel is really well located at the tip of Livingston and high on the hill. But travelers should know that the entire feel of Livingston and this hotel, is rustic. This hotel is the best of what there, but it is quite basic. Though they appear to be renovating bit by bit. The resturant seemed to te be the newest, and the pool, much to my chagrin was out of service for repairs. (and they didn't tell us beforehand). There is a little "beach" letting out to the lake. It would actually be quite nice if they maintained it. It's in its own little cove. But it is pretty much left to to the elements so it's not suited for sunbathing or swimming. There are some hammocks and you can take some nice pictures. As for the rooms - again, quite basic and in need of real upgrades to modernize. But if rustic is what you are after, you'll be fine. They DO have good airconditioning in the rooms and cable tv.

The view and location are absolutely great but service and facilities leave a lot to be desired. No hot water, no fridge, no safe, Average service but we sid get an early check-in after arriving early by boat from Punta Gorda.
They stay was nice we arrived about 15 minutes before check in and had to wait until exactly 3pm to start the check in process. They also provided a water jug with no water. Other wise the stay was nice and peaceful.
