The hotel is in a lovely location handy for visiting the falls and getting to and from the airport. Breakfast was very nice and provided a good variety of food. We had an evening meal each night and the food was very good. The hotel could do with a refresh, but it was clean and the staff were most helpful.

A fantastic stay, great pool in beautiful surroundings - wonderful bar staff at the pool who were friendly and made great cocktails. The meal in the restaurant was fantastic also. We really enjoyed our stay at Mercure, we hope to visit again. Our daughter loved the pool area, and the staff is extremely accommodating. We also enjoyed a few services at the spa which was very pleasant.

The hotel was in a beautiful location to access Iguazu Falls. Staying in the jungle was a unique experience. Services, cleanliness, and convienence were all great at Mercure. We did notice that condensation gather on our ceiling and caused drippage on the floor and bed, but this was a minor inconvenience.

The front desk staffs are professional and courteous. Breakfast was great with good choices of food. Roberto was the driver took us to and back from the falls and airport, he was great. Even though I don't speak Spanish but I had no problem communicating with him. He always showed up on time. I will stay here again the next time we visit Argentina.

There was really good! First of all, service was really good! They are all kind and nice. I couldn’t make a reservation dinner. But they helped me. I really appreciated that. And breakfast was delicious. There many options. Christmas cookies were so cute. Pool was also really good! We enjoyed a lot of times in there!
