There was a general mildew smell that caused havok for those with allergies and no one dared to sit on the futon that was discolored to a brown/yellow color more than the white it had been originally. Breakfast waa decent and staff were fine, but overall I likely wouldn't stay here again."

Het eten is heerlijk en het personeel vriendelijk. Het is helaas niet toegestaan om alleen het woud in tegaan. Er zijn aangegeven paden en daar ik eerst niet van deze regel op de hoogte was heb ik heerlijk gewandeld. Er worden diversen wandel en een kano excursie georganiseerd. Het verblijf is prijzig, maar ik vond het de moeite...

"This property is absolutely in need of major renovations and general upkeep, such as basic painting, investment into working backup generators, update towels and linens etc. Too many issues happened during our stay, from not having hot water for two days to a power outage for an entire morning. Not acceptable."

One of the truly unique experiences was seeing how excited and involved they were with the environment around them, from the yerba mate farms, to the plethora of animals, especially all the different species of birds. "When I arrived I was not able to locate the hotel. Upon messaging the hotel I received response telling me that they accepted my reservation by mistake. Thus I lost more than hour and had to find new reservation late at night. My credit card has been charged. And there is no obvious way to refund other than directly call Expedia. I'm going to chargeback my credit card as long as I'm back in the US."
