Nice option, front the beach-ocean, within a 2-4 street walking distance from the cruise terminal. The staff are friendly, and there's an excellent dining restaurant in the hotel.

Fantastic hotel ! Clean , modern and spacious. Helpful staff. Breakfast included - good selection of items. The restaurant for dinner was great and offered 20% discount for hotel guests. Helpful staff. Safe area. The water is right across the street. You can step outside and see the whales playing. Located next to a great restaurant - cantina nautico and also a wonderful bakery. Easy walk to explore the town. I can't recommend them enough.

The hotel was an ideal base for exploring Peninsula Valdes and the surrounding Patagonian coast line for whales, penguins, sea lions, seals and various birds.

Everything wonderful except the AC

Stayed in Ocean view room 3nts on the 9th fl. View was excellent. Any floor lower, the views would've been slightly obstructed. Hotel centrally and conveniently located. The only thing was the AC - No access in the room, anything (change of temp or On/Off) had to be thru the Reception.

Breakfast was very nice - lots of tasty options, the beach was right out the front door and lots of restaurants to choose from. The ocean view from our large windows and walk out balcony was wonderful. The high winds on the first night made a constant whistling sound through the balcony door and the hotel employee offered to tape the door shut. Instead we chose to open the door because the temperature was lovely and that stopped the noise. He said all the rooms on ocean side had that same problem. Beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great. Parking in the basement garage was very tight but safe. Since it was the off season there was plenty of street parking also but in high season those few garage spots would be coveted - we called in advance to ensure one was saved for us. I would stay here again.

The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was surprisingly good, in particular the room service menu. I did not like that I had to wait until 8pm to order, but the food came quickly and was delicious. Also, the website says that certain food and drinks were available all day, and they were not.
