"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at La Fauna Hotel and would happily stay here again. The staff were fantastic throughout our visit – always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, just a short 10-minute walk to plenty of pubs, bars, restaurants, and the main attractions, making it easy to explore the area on foot. Breakfast was great each morning, with a good selection of fresh and tasty food to start the day. We really enjoyed our stay and found La Fauna Hotel to be the perfect base before heading off on our Amazon adventure. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to all the team for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"Pros: the grounds were beautiful, comfy bed, AC. Cons: no services nearby, must take a taxi into town to get anywhere. Pricing of meals and activities not inclusive so you pay a lot at check out. There is nowhere else to eat so you have to eat there. The dinners were great, free breakfast was not too good and the same everyday. Activities were very limited. The best was Lake Sandoval, it was so beautiful. The manager was nice and helped me out a lot. Lots of wildlife on property. We saw a ton of birds and even some monkeys."
