Casa Sarita

The elevator not working is a concern. As I tried to move luggage and water bottles from the first floor. It was very difficult. How the service by Claudia was exceptional. She took care of our concerns quickly and effectively. We also found great transportation from Cun airport directly to Casa Sarita reasonably priced and efficient.
