"Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. "Pool and jacuzzi were maintained daily and it was the perfect way to finish off the day with a couple of beers. Alcohol and snacks are sold half a block away. Breakfast was decent, staff friendly and there is enough parking. Make sure to close the windows at night unless you want to be awaken by roosters at 5am."
