Welcome to C30302, 1 Bed Studio condominium that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. This condominium features a King bed and 1 Queen Sofa bed. All beds have a premium memory foam mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, cooking utensils, toaster, coffee maker, blender and granite counter tops. A washer/dryer is also available for your use. The bedroom window has an amazing view of the Sea of Cortez. The living room has a huge sliding door with access to an oversized wrap-around balcony with stunning views of the sea and the pools/slides below. The condo features free wi-fi internet and two TV's where you can watch Netflix movies and other programming.

Resort Amenities: Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Game room, Wide Walkway to the beach; Individual seaside Palapas, Rental Check-in Area in Lobby, Free Parking, 24-hour security, 2 Elevators, 2 Swimming Pools with swim-up bar. Full Restaurant and Bar. We have 3 grills in common areas for the use of our guests. Propane tanks can be requested at the Front Desk for a fee.
