Also: 3 full baths, fresh linens/towels, fully stocked kitchen (blender, toaster, Crock-Pot, drip coffee + Keurig), washer/dryer, central A/C, 2-car garage.

You`re 2 minutes on foot from Sandy Beach and the SWIM pool bar, and a short drive from the Malecon Boardwalk, Isla San Jorge boat tours, Mermaid`s Market, and dining like Garufa Steakhouse and The Point.

Fast wifi makes remote work easy; pets aren`t permitted. The building is fully electric with no combustion risk, so there are no indoor smoke or CO alarms. Parking includes a private 2-car garage, with nearby overflow parking for larger groups.
