OUR CONDO IS AN OCEAN FRONT UNIT, Coronado 1406 (building closest to the beach), It is on the 14th floor, right below the penthouses. Coronado has the easiest access to the beach and pools of all the buildings. 2000 sq feet total, including the 400 sq ' deck.

Our condo is a premium unit, given size, proximity to beach, extra sleeping options with bunkroom, Phase 2 location and amenities. It also has 'STUNNING VIEW FROM A HUGE BALCONY DOWN THE LONG SANDY BEACH' of the Sea of Cortez?

OUR CONDO BOASTS THE LARGEST GREAT ROOM AND IS ONE OF THE MOST COMFORTABLE FLOOR PLANS AT LAS PALOMAS RESORT. Both of the 2 bedrooms provide King beds and direct access to a bathroom. This condo has very easy access to the beach and to both Phase I and Phase II pool areas.

Four flat screen smart TV's with HD channels including HBO, Cinemax and ShowTime, plus ESPN, Fox Sports, PHX local channels (Fox, ABC, CBS and NBC), plus high speed internet. You can log into your movie services (ex. Netflix) if available in Mexico.

Sleeps six comfortably, with two King sized beds, two bunk beds and a sleeper couch. This condo has two master suites, each with king size beds; wall mounted smart flat screen TVs, and two luxurious travertine marble bathrooms. The bonus bunkroom even has its own flatscreen TV, plus air/heat, great fan, reading lights, and peg board to hang clothes. It is a small room without a window, but a great sleeping room. The kitchen has updated SS appliances. Free use BBQ available.

Fantastic views from the huge great room. The view from the kitchen is all water. There is a laundry room in the unit with washer/dryer, detergent and a utility sink. Another special feature is the hammock on the balcony to swing your day away.

GOLFERS - For the golfer, The Las Palomas Golf Resort boasts an 18-hole championship Links golf course, golf range and practice area, right next to the resort on sandy beach. You can walk or drive over in minutes.

There is a safe to lock your valuables.

We also provide a “locked guest closet” for you, which contains many items that will make your stay fun and feel more like home, and this closet can also be used as a second option to lock up all of your valuables. While you are out playing in the sand and sun, and the maids are in the condo cleaning you can l have complete peace of mind. You, and only you, will be in control of the key to this closet at all times.

With our unit you have light maid service for the first three days of your stay, pool towels, that are left in the condo by housekeeping, for use during your stay, assistance from Casago, our renter partner and check in, maintenance services and housekeeping. Key code entry to front door, where you do not have to worry about losing keys. Hi speed wireless internet. You will receive your key code from Casago when you check in. They have been operating in Puerto Penasco for over 20 years, receive outstanding ratings, and have been approved by the HOA to be one of our rental operators with staff on-site.

We loved the place! Super clean comfortable and well equipped. Hosts were fantastic and good communication. Check in was a little more complicated since it had to be done off site. Overall it was a great stay and exactly what we were looking for!

Family vaca in Rocky Point

This property was perfect for our needs! It was spacious, clean, and had all the necessities! The guest closet was an added bonus! We didn’t have to haul chairs and beach toys from home which was so nice!

The condo was clean and garbage picked up daily, except for 7/29. Had guest closet to take tubes, beach chairs, and more to enjoy the pools. There was appropriate towels and tissue. The condo is perfect! We will definitely be booking this one again, the view is amazing and the balcony it’s so relaxing. Kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were comfy. Couldn’t have asked for a better time!

Great for families

Spacious condo with excellent views and most of what you need during your stay (the guest locked closet with beach, pool and other amenities was a great bonus too). Everything was as described in the listing and the overall process to check in with Casago was straightforward. Our previous experiences at Las Palomas were via check-in directly with the property which is more convenient and included light cleaning throughout the stay. Although not deal breakers we would still prefer that (especially the light cleaning). Best resort in Rocky Point, and excited to see Phase 3 to completion in the near future, hopefully. Would definitely recommend this listing again.

Amazing Family Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of 5- we had tons of room and the view can’t be beat! The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The resort was very family friendly with several pools, a beautiful beach, and a calm ocean. We are already talking about revisiting next year!

Nice Memorial Weekend Stay

The condo and property were great! The view was amazing. Only issue was the tv in the main room obtaining a signal, though we learned quickly if we unplugged the tv and waited 10 second and plugged it back in the tv regained its signal. Would definitely stay in this condo again!

Great property!

We have stayed in numerous units at Las Palomas over the years and this unit is one of the best! The unit was very clean and well-stocked for cooking and entertaining. The patio and view are perfect for watching the sun set over the Sea of Cortez. We will definitely be looking to stay in this unit again.

Family fun getaway

We loved staying here Las Palomas is a favorite of ours and the condo was perfect for our family. Weather was still cool but the pool was heated. Not all pools are heated just FYI. The lazy river is not heated but the kids didn’t care weather was warm enough. The beach was perfect and clean. We will definitely keep coming back. Condo was exactly as pictured, comfortable beds and nice large rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed as well.

Get Away

I've been staying at Las Palomas yearly for over 20 years and have stayed in many condos, mainly in Phase 2. This was the 3rd time I've stayed at this condo because it is one of the best. The unit is large and beautiful and there is a fantastic view of the ocean and the beach. My communication with the owner Terry was great and he addressed an issue with the A/C immediately even sending his A/C repair person over in less than 1 hour - thank you Terry! I highly recommend this condo.

A great experience

We've been coming to Las Palomas since it opened, and have stayed at many condos in various locations. This ranks as one of the best. The view is spectacular and the condo is large, beautiful, and well stocked. The patio has very nice furniture - not always the case at Las Palomas - so enjoy the view in comfort! The true test of a quality rental is when there is a problem. We had an issue with the A/C, and the host literally had an A/C repair person there in less than 2 hours. Thank you Terry! We highly recommend this condo.

Amazing property!

I almost hesitate to say how amazing this place was because I don’t want it to book out for our future stays. But this was hands down the best property experience we have had yet- and we have been vacationing yearly at Puerto Penasco for the past 17 years. The condo was beautiful, had everything we needed and more, and the communication from the owner was the best! Things are a little pricier at this resort than the others (poolside food and drinks , beach massages, water crafts etc so be prepared for that ), but the room service food was much better and more reasonable than poolside. We ordered in one night and everything was delicious and came quickly. My family kept going on about how nicely the condo was decorated (which means a lot bc they are use to nice hotels) and my 17 year old loved the bunk room! It was like her own little hideout with a TV and a wall mounted fan, mounted lights by the bed, and a pegged shelf to hang things. There really isn’t anything these owners didn’t think of to make your stay comfortable! They even thought of luggage racks!
