  • Truly beautiful one bedroom one bath condo has an occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children in the luxurious Sonoran Spa Resort on Sandy Beach. Here you will find everything you need for your enjoyable vacation all nicely furnished and decorated. Beautiful kitchen. Nice dining area and living room with Flat Screen TV and views out to the sea through the large double glass doors. Large Master Bedroom with access to patio area. Separate shower with 100% cotton towels. Excellent Ocean views over lush common area pool from the patio.

    Verdaderamente hermoso condominio de un dormitorio y un baño tiene una ocupación de 2 adultos y 2 niños en el lujoso Sonoran Spa Resort en Sandy Beach. Aqui podra encontrar todo lo necesario para sus agradables vacaciones, todo muy bien amueblado y decorado. Gran cocina y asientos en la zona del desayuno. Bonita zona de comedor y sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y vistas al mar a traves de las puertas dobles de cristal de gran tamanio. El dormitorio principal tiene banio privado con baniera y toallas 100% de algodon. Ducha separada y excelentes vistas al mar que exuberan las zona comun de las piscina y el patio grande.

There is a beautiful view to the infinite sea with scenery of the view from the distance of the jetty and a bar that serves excellent drinks. Safety in the workplace is twenty-four hours for your safety. The complex includes tennis court, putting green, gym, high speed internet, spa, CATV, BBQ resort facilities, parking (selected condominiums only) and Mother Nature's charming "Sand Beach" in front. This place had an amazing view, very clean, modern, and the bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The owner was very communicative when I asked a question. The rate for this room was incredible. I will definitely come back to stay again!

Great Rocky Point Rental!

Loved the view, the property, the bed, and decor of the condo. The grounds we really well maintained, great pool area and the gym was also well set up. Jason, the host was very responsive with all communication prior to my stay and the staff at the resort was 1st class.

The resort was clean and check in was easy but when they said it would be a 200 hold, was actually more like 400 hold. Which is a big difference. Also, when my truck had a flat tire, the staff didn't seem to have any urgency in getting someone to help. Would have been nice especially since it was check out day and I wasn't trying to hang out there beyond that. Ended up having another guest help.

Our stay was good, we needed an iron the condo didn't have one. The pillows were dirty it had drool stains, they were cover with just one pillow sheet. It was a bummer next time i will bring my own.

Pros: great location, beautiful view, comfortable bed.Cons: we were STUCK in the resort elevator for over an hour. We received ZERO compensation from the resort itself nor the unit owner. Also the unit ran out of toilet paper. There weren't any paper towels either. No easy way on a Sunday morning to contact somebody to deliver more.

We had a great stay! The location is the best in Rocky Point. It's close to all the best places. And the stretch of beach is one of the better ones there. We will definitely be coming back!

The property has major maintenance issues. The roof in the vanity area was leaking right above the sink, so we could not use the vanity at all. There was also water dripping from the AC vent above the kitchen counter. The bathtub/shower handle was broken and it was very difficult to turn the water on and off.
