The condo itself was nice - pretty roomy compared to the one beds over at the Sonorans, but if I was the owner I’d be concerned about the resort managing this place. Check in was at 4pm but the room was not ready - I was traveling alone with two small children so this was pretty annoying. When we finally got checked in my daughter found the remains of a pizza stuck to the sofa cover - I had to wash it myself. No basic items in the condo like washing powder so I had to actually go out and purchase some to wash the cover . No hairdryer in the condo either which I would also consider a basic amenity. Las Palmas security was rubbish - spring breakers partying under the walkway directly below the condo every single night, we were woke up every night, several times - security were not walking around patrolling the area at all. I had to call them twice. The owner needs to have a word with the management company - is not be happy if this were my condo!
