    This beautiful oceanfront condo in the Las Conchas community offers a spacious living area with ample seating and a gorgeous kitchen, fully equipped with both major and small appliances.



    Large sliding doors connect the living area to the outdoor patio, providing stunning ocean views and a refreshing breeze.



    The master and third bedrooms each have a private bathroom, with an additional bathroom next to the second bedroom.



    Please note that one of the master bedrooms is detached from the main layout of the house.



    Relax and soak up the sun on the beautifully furnished oceanfront patio.



    All linens and towels are provided for your stay.



    Please Note:

    No ATVs, UTVs, Razors, Rhinos, or Jet Skis are allowed in the Las Conchas Community (per HOA rules).

    No fires or fireworks allowed on the beach (Las Conchas HOA rule).
