This is a beautifully well-maintained, one-bedroom, QUIET beach front condominium with gorgeous ocean views located on the second floor of A building (the tower closest to the ocean). A home away from home by the sea of Cortez. Bella Sirena boasts some of the best manicured grounds in the Sandy Beach area. In comparison with most condos on Sandy Beach, this listing has below average rates for this quality of property... compare!

This property boasts a true Central American beachside feel (and natures sounds), as there is more greenery on this property alone than most of the Sandy Beach properties combined... a rarity on Sandy Beach. Bella Sirena rooms are also constructed with higher quality materials and design in comparison with most condos on Sandy Beach. Condo is also in the perfect location for ATV/UTV riding (for you motor heads), with a secure lot to store your ATV/UTV/Boat/Trailer during your stay.

The kitchen has all the amenities needed for cooking. This one-bedroom oversized condo can sleep up 4 adults very comfortably. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with patio access, iron/ironing board, cable TV in both rooms & oversized closet for extended stays. The living room has a full-size sleeper-sofa, a folding partition for additional guests' privacy, and a cozy tiled fireplace for the "winter" months.

The 300sq ft. patio (westerly views) has two loungers, and a large table-chairs for enjoying the sun and ocean views during the day, and stars at night. Enjoy the swim up bar and restaurant, five beautiful pools (two heated), hot tubs, gym, and tennis courts. Located within beach walking distance of several popular beach bars such as, Wrecked at the Reef & Diego Tiki bar! Located within ten minutes of downtown, Malecon Port - fish market for festive activities!

Very nice place-Bella Sirena has beautiful grounds and it was very quiet. My only problem is, that at only 5 foot tall, the bed was hard to get up on!

This perfect little condo was more than we could have hoped for our "cousins" weekend! Everything you need to cook, enjoy the beautiful beach, relax, soak up the sunrise and sunsets.The swim up bar has great guacamole and other snacks, the weather was perfect even in the "off" season.We couldn't have been happier, love, love, loved it!!!Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven! From the directions at the beginning, to walking into the condo and then our departure…it was an amazing trip. Great communication, clean, excellent customer service. The condo has been updated and is decorated beautifully. The bed is super comfortable!!Thank you so much- we WILL be back!

Spacious and Well Equipped.

Loved this condo. Plenty of room with well equipped kitchen and great shower. The outdoor patio with lounge chairs and dining table were wonderful to relax and read our books. We also enjoyed having the many pools with dining on site so we didn’t have to search for somewhere to eat. Looking forward to returning.

Beautiful Condo

Super easy check-in (about 5 minutes). Very cordial staff. The unit is extremely clean, did not use the kitchen but it had everything you need to cook, needs a couple of items like creamer and extra coffee. The washer and dryer were a nice plus. It was quiet and comfortable. It has beach chairs which were a good touch and very useful. The price was very competitive for the area. We enjoyed staying here.

The property was extremely clean upon arrival. Well stocked kitchen and everything in working order. Communication from beginning to end was above and beyond my expectations. This is a very quiet condo placement and a very short walk to beach. Would definitely recommend and revisit in the future.

This condo is beautiful and quiet. Conveniently right off the elevator so easy to find. Nicely decorated. Light switches all labeled which was very helpful. Full size fridge. The balcony was the selling point by the pics and did not diaappoint. But the part no one ever mentions but is the biggest thing for me is how comfy the bed is... and this bed was so comfortable. I havent slept that good in so long. I need to find out what pad they use for it. LolI will be saving this property for future trips fpr sure.

Had seen this resort while vacationing next door and vowed to check it out on our next trip down. Was pleasantly surprised with the layout, view and price. We booked our stay and had a wonderful time. The place was neat and clean, very well decorated and the view was excellent. Craig was wonderful to work with and any questions were answered and taken care of promptly and thoroughly. We will definitely be booking another longer stay Thank you Craig!

Beautiful Condo on Sandy Beach

My husband and I both loved the condo. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The balcony was amazing. Being on the second floor was convenient and also private. The resort has very nice grounds although the pickleball/tennis court was in disrepair. The condo, on the other hand, was in perfect condition. We would happily stay there again.

Relaxing

Beautiful property, picked a great time of year to go, was very quiet and that's what we like. Craig was great to work with. Only downside for us, we didnt have a car so cud not replenish groceries in Rocky Point easily. Cab rides very expensive. $25.00 USD one way, we are spoiled paying $3.00 CAD in Nuevo Vallarta for a cab from the grocery store as we walk there.

Craig went above and beyond

Craig is the ultimate host, and his property is amazing. After driving from Phoenix to Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), we had some hiccups. To make our trip memorable, Craig went out of his way to help us jump-start our vacation and have a phenomenal stay. His property has great views, and the complex (Bella Sirena) is wonderful. The beach is clean and the water warm. The staff at the local bar are kind and helpful. The only challenge of giving Craig such a great review is that it will only be more and more difficult to book with him as his property will be busy all the time - only wish I could keep it all to myself! Will definitely come back.

Beautiful view

Clean, open space, huge bed, I forgot my shampoo and body soap but thank goodness I found some under bathroom sink. My Pandora didn’t work on my iPhone! YouTube on the TV to the rescue 😁. Easy instructions opening door and right off the elevator a big plus. Owner was available with any and all questions will definitely be returning.
