About this property

Come and relax in our "Condo de Cortez" in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point)!!

  • Cozy and comfortable just renewed Condo in the heart of Puerto Penasco. The Condo sits on a hill in the “Mirador” area, which gives you a view of the ocean in the distance. Relax by the pool, or take a 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to everything, clubs, restaurants, and Malecon which is only about a 8 minute drive.

    We welcome everyone, young couples, and families with kids or friends travelling together.
    The Condo is a two bedroom one bath, with a kitchenette includes; counter top burners, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and blender as well as pots and pans and dishes and utensils.

    The master bedroom features a King size bed with a Pocketed Coil Pillow Top mattress. The 2nd bedroom features two twin beds with Pocketed Coil mattresses. The living room has a queen size sofa bed, 50" TV with cable, and a small dinette set. The Condo has WiFi.

    There is private parking and a security guard on the premises.
