- Casita with 2bd/2ba/2car Small Car Garage attached. WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with pots & pan, kitchen utensils, toaster, waffle maker and blender. Home is in nice area of town near Sam's Club, about 10-15 min drive to the beach.
We offer weekly rates & Monthly rates. Private amenities include, 2 Small Car Garage, dishwasher, WiFi inside home, central A/C, private grill in garage, washer & dryer ready. Updated security rolling camera inside garage facing garage door/street for extra safety. There is 1 king size bed in the master. The second bedroom has 3 twin size beds and can be put together and make a king size bed. The sofa bed in living room is a full size bed PLUS 1 Futon which allows for a Total of 8 young or old to stay in our home Home and enjoy your vacation.
*Community Common Areas & Pool NOT included in rate recervacion as we are not responsible of the way maintenance or conditions of pool are done.
Long term rentals get weekly and monthly discount rates.
