    Beautiful ground level Presidential Suite at the Esmeralda Resort with wrap around patio featuring your very own hot tub with ocean views! (In very hot months July 1- Oct 1 the private hot tub is available by request). This spacious 2,850 Square Feet condo has 3 bedrooms/4 baths with one of the best views in town. In addition to the 3 bedrooms is an extra area designated as a 4th sleeping area. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen with appliances and cookware.



    The Space:

    This spacious Presidential Suite is located on the ground floor with a huge wrap around 1,200 Square Foot Patio featuring your own personal hot tub, with amazing views along the ocean front.



    The Neighborhood:

    The resort has fun onsite restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream store, 2 beautiful pools, one of which is heated, and community hot tub.



    Our three-bedroom condo is nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Sandy Beach in Puerto Peñasco. Sandy Beach offers a pristine coastline with soft, golden sand and a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for a beach vacation.



    As you step out from the condo, you'll find yourself just moments away from the inviting shores of Sandy Beach. Take leisurely walks along the coastline, sink your toes into the warm sand, or find a peaceful spot to lounge under the sun. The calm waters of the Sea of Cortez provide the perfect opportunity for swimming, splashing, and enjoying various water activities.

    BBQ GRILL - Please note that this property has a portable electric grill, and the resort does NOT have a community grilling area.

    Some areas of the resort are under construction and you may hear light construction noise during the daytime.

    The fitness center onsite is a separate company but is open to guests for a day or weekly pass that can be purchased.

    HOT TUB - In very hot months July 1- October 1 the private hot tub is available upon request.

Amazing beach and pool front stay

The condo was an amazingly located stay with quick access to everything on the resort. It had everything you needed for a nice stay and the host was super responsive to anything we needed. Beautiful view from whatever window you looked out of and super smooth check in process. We were able to check in really early too thanks to the efficiency of the resorts cleaning team. I would definitely book this place again.

The Presidential suite was amazing! The view from the huge deck was beautiful. There are no other resorts to the west, giving us a clear view down the beach, which was never crowded. They have palapas and covered beds so there weren't a ton of pop-ups all over the beach. The inside was very spacious, perfect for our family and plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Cooking in the large kitchen was fun each night and the side bar area was perfect for cocktails and appetizers. The location on the ground floor with easy access to the pool and beach was great, we normally like a villa in one of the other resorts but ended up liking this arrangement much better. The resort is still building another tower and 2 more pools which will be nice when completed. Communication with the owner was fantastic, any questions I had were answered within 30 minutes. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Our stay at this VRBO was absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication was fantastic—quick, clear, and very helpful, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.The place itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it super clean and welcoming. Check-in was incredibly easy, and we felt right at home the moment we arrived. GREAT PROPERTY

The property was perfect for our family. Three king suites all with patio access. An extra-large living area allowed the entire family to visit together and enjoy the wonderful views and sunrises and sunsets. We loved being right on the ground floor and walking to the beach from the patio. Definitely would recommend this unit.

Best unit in RP

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in this unit and the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this property. This unit is the best unit in RP if you love the water. All other resorts are setback about 50-100 ft from the sea wall, but this expansive patio is right at the edge of the retaining wall for the beach. All other amenities will exceed your expectations as well. Diego’s Tiki Lounge, onsite, is an excellent restaurant by any standard. And it’s modestly priced and close to the beach.

What an amazing gem!

My wife and I brought her brother’s family, her parents and our daughters for a five day stay in rocky point. This oceanfront presidential suite checked every box for us. Ample parking for side-by-side and trailers, cold AC and great amenities. We had a great time in the pool while the kids played on the beach. Adrianna was our host for that unit and Alejandro was our property host. Both were first class.

I was in Puerto Penasco for the first time with my adult children and their partners for Christmas. This condo is extremely spacious and the three bedroom suites were ideal for us each to have our own bedrooms/bathrooms with every room opening onto the spectacular balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed meals on the balcony, walks on beautiful Sandy Beach and the private hot tub. Both the beach and the pool were very easy access from the ground floor condo. The smaller pool was heated and and easy It was lovely to have a view of both the pool and beach. The resort location was easy proximity to the Malecon, many restaurants and activities. The kids enjoyed renting ATV's nearby to ride in the desert and we arranged for a delightful group massage on the balcony. Questions and communication with the host were answered very promptly. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice place and big. Best location in the facility. My only suggestion would be to put a larger trash can in the kitchen and put small trash cans in the bathrooms under the sinks. Couldn't find any trash bags so make sure you bring some. Also, I would suggest they in addition to the pot coffee maker add a Keurig type coffee maker for individual cups of coffee. Bring your own coffee. I forgot to. Only other suggestion I would have is for the owner to add cable tv for the tv's in all rooms. Don't think it would be that much of an additional expense to the owners. This is a very expensive unit so I thought they might have that. And I don't have a clue how to sign on to Apple tv from my home tv's. Only other option is the learn Spanish, so you know what they are saying on the tv's. ha I have stayed in two other units at Esmeralda, and one had cable tv and one didn't. Got tired of watching reruns of the Kardashians. :)

Wonderful Family Vacation
