Quick Beach getaway

The hotel needs more signage, the reception needs more help, I had to wait more than 40 minutes to check in. All the staff were very friendly, We will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this property. The location was perfect. It was clean, and convenient to get to (especially to park and load/unload). We had one issue with the dishwasher starting on it's own, (which was weird because we didn't use it), but customer service had it addressed promptly. The only other think is the sliding glass door handle is lose and needs to be tightened. I looked for a screw driver, but didn't find one, and forgot to ask customer service. Those two things had no overall effect with our stay. It was wonderful. The bed was amazing too! :-) We'll definitely stay again. Thank you so much!!!

It’s a great property. It’s on the first floor next to the main entrance, pool, and coffee shop. The check in process was very simple, the owner was very responsive and I would definitely stay at this property again.

Always love Los Palomas

This property is simply the best in Rocky Pointe! This specific unit was great as it was on the bottom floor and right next to Coffee pointe. Hot water wasn't working in the kitchen and maintenance came and fixed it quickly. Could use some more kitchen amenities (there were no cookie sheets or pans for oven) but overall it was a great stay!

Great Location! Lower Level!

Jaime, Thank you for allowing us to stay in your unit. It was wonderful! Being on the lower level makes a true difference staying here at Las Palomas. Not to mention the fact that the coffee shop/lobby/restaurant is literally a couple of steps away from the patio. Very convenient. The condo was perfect for my group of 3 adults and one infant. Will definitely book again!

Excellent resort

The condo is a lovely unit with a massive king bed and one do the few units that also us a bunk room with a twin over full bed that can accommodate kids and still be considered a one bedroom. The unit was ground floor which was lovely for pool and beach access. The fridge did break while we were there but the host got it fixed right away. Kitchen could probably use a few extras since it seems to have been a rental from a bit (measuring cups and spoons would be nice otherwise it was great. Be advised that resort has water restrictions so water is unavailable From 8pm till 8am next morning. The location is unbeatable though and we will def be back.

Very Beautiful

So the listing was very accurate and beautiful. It was just the right size for my family of 5. I have 3 teenagers and it fit them perfectly. There is a Sam's Club in town so that made it easy to shop and cook a few meals during our stay. They had basic spices and all the cooking and cutlery needed. The Condo was amazing! I will say the property does have many rules! For example children were not allowed to play with pool toys, we could not take our mini cooler with snacks but others were allowed, and you can not play your own music (we just had it quietly playing at our beach chairs). The pricing for meals and drinks at the resort are just the same as a resort in the U.S, so don't expect to save money. We were very happy with the condo and Jaime was helpful! We would stay here again.

Great Stay

Great location, staff is always amazing the condo was as described. Cons: As others have mentioned it needs a few updates. The couches and pillows in the living area are smelly, dingy, super dirty and old. They need to be swapped out with something that can be cleaned and wiped down each stay. The patio furniture also needs to be replaced, it’s literally falling apart. Considering the condo is on the ground floor in a high traffic area I’m surprised the HOA/management company allows the furniture to remain outdoors considering it’s condition. Pros: we liked the bunk room. Our friends had the same layout but instead of the bunk room the space was a Murphy bed, we appreciated the “room”. The staff is always amazing and it’s what keeps us coming back! Sometimes our rooms smell like sewage. This room did not which was a plus. I never know if it’s the room or just luck but our did not smell the entire time, it was a huge plus for us.
