Las Gaviotas 436 Mid-century Ocean View Apartment

Enjoy your next vacation right by the pool! Las Gaviotas 436 is a complete condominium with two bedrooms and bathrooms. This unit faces the sea, with a pool and beach access right outside your door. There is an on site BBQ and shaded picnic tables as well. The main room has two sofas and a TV in the living room, there is a large dining table right by the windows, and the kitchen has all appliances, a kitchen island, and lots of traditional Mexican tile work as well.

Enjoy a main room that lets the sunshine in through its ocean facing windows. A dining table seats six. The kitchen has a central island, and custom shelving made of Mexican tiles. A small patio has a raised glass table and chairs, perfect for evening Margaritas!

There are two bedrooms that each have a bathroom. These have closet space, walk-in showers, TV's, and Queen size beds.

Your condo is complete and right at pool level, close to shaded picnic tables, along with a BBQ grill. Walk down stairs to the wide open beach.
