Las Palomas Phase 2 Coronado 1407 2 BR 2 BA

This truly colorful condo offers many attractive details, including a custom ocean mural that really enhances the beach vibes. Your balcony juts out above the beach, as it is one of the closet to the ocean. Coronado 1407 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condominium, offering a deluxe beach vacation experience.

The sizable living main room brings together a spotless, new kitchen, an elegant dining table for six, and a leather L shaped sofa that dominates the living room. The immense kitchen presents bar stools at the large counter, lots of cabinetry, and complete appliances large and small. Off of the hallway is a room dedicated to a washer, dryer, and sink.

Bedrooms

Both distinctive bedrooms offer a lot of comfort

The master bedroom combines a king sized bed with a wall mounted TV, and dresser. Views beyond the balcony can be seen right from the bed. There is also a walk-in closet.

The guest bedroom combines two twin beds for sleeping options, along with a dresser, TV, and its own closet. Both bedroom have ceiling fans as well.

Bathrooms

Enter the master bathroom and soak in the spa vibe! Fine travertine tile covers the walls, and there is an opulent vanity for two, toped by a large mirror. The highlight is a custom copper soaking tub, with plenty of classic style. There is also a separate shower stall.

The second bathroom is off of the main hall, by the guest bedroom door. A a double sink vanity and inviting shower awaits.

Step out on the balcony and experience the beach in its fullest. You seem to hang right above the sand in Coronado 1407. Views along the beach are unobstructed. Everyone can find their favorite spot on a balcony that offers two chaise lounge chairs, a pair of Adirondack chairs, and a raised cafe style dining that accommodates six. The cool part is that all the furnishings are done in a bright ocean turquoise color.
