Enjoy the original individually hand made tiles with a remodeled kitchen, including granite countertops, new cabinets, and all brand new stainless steel appliances. This two bedroom two bathroom property is in the upscale private gated community of Las Conchas. It sits beach front and offers two queen beds and two bunk beds, a new 51” Smart tv, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and beautiful french glass doors that open up to a large brick patio steps from the ocean water. It is located in Section One which offers the best sandy beaches of Las Conchas. This historic property is one of the first properties ever built in Las conchas and boasts the address proudly. Enjoy fun in the sun during the day and a beach fire on the property at night under the amazing stars. Book now while the rates are low before the kids are out of school.
