About this property
New Town House - Minutes to the Beach - Secured/Gated Community
- This Amazing newly finished development is in town and near the brand new baseball stadium where you can watch the Tiburones play there hearts out as the local professional baseball team for Penasco. This is a gated community.
This unit has 4 bedrooms, two on the ground floor and the Master bedroom upstairs along with a second bedroom with a King bed. There are two full bathrooms as well.
Kitchen has everything you will need including a toaster, microwave, plates etc.
Sheets and towels will also be provided. Just bring your Sun Tan lotion and a beach towel.
Flat screen TV'S and WiFi Internet included.
