Ocean Front 1st Floor 2 BR/2 BA Condo with Amazing View!
- This beautiful ocean front first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1384 sq ft condo located at Palacio Del Mar has spectacular views and upgrades galore! Just walk 80 feet and you are at the shore of the Sea of Cortez. Rocky Point is located just 65 miles south of Arizona. It is a very peaceful, quiet resort town with restaurants, shops and a fresh fish market. Beautiful brick domed ceiling, ceiling fans, lovely Mexican tile, very tasteful furniture and covered patio! Master bedroom has french doors opening up the the great room with an awesome view of the ocean! Custom cabinetry and granite counter tops complement the classy decor! Very comfortable king sized bed and queen sized bed. Also, queen sized pull out sofa sleeper. Directv. Pool and hot tub may not heated in Winter.
