Ocean Front 1st Floor 2 BR/2 BA Condo with Amazing View!

This beautiful ocean front first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1384 sq ft condo located at Palacio Del Mar has spectacular views and upgrades galore! Just walk 80 feet and you are at the shore of the Sea of Cortez. Rocky Point is located just 65 miles south of Arizona. It is a very peaceful, quiet resort town with restaurants, shops and a fresh fish market. Beautiful brick domed ceiling, ceiling fans, lovely Mexican tile, very tasteful furniture and covered patio! Master bedroom has french doors opening up the the great room with an awesome view of the ocean! Custom cabinetry and granite counter tops complement the classy decor! Very comfortable king sized bed and queen sized bed. Also, queen sized pull out sofa sleeper. Directv. Pool and hot tub may not heated in Winter.

Awesome Place!

Everything was as nice as it sounded in the listing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and view was magnificent and the unit was close to everything we wanted to do. Would stay again -- and probably will!

Peaceful beach stay

So soothing to just sit and listen to the waves. Relaxing massages, great places to eat nearby. Owner is wonderful to work with. We have stayed multiple times and plan to stay again.

Several pros, with a few cons, for this property... Location is pretty awesome, being right by the pool, hot tub, and beach. But the beach wasn't really swim-able, so you have to walk about 5 mins to a better spot (in front of Manny's). The unit itself is quite nice, with plenty of space (we had two teens in one room, two adults in the primary room, and a child on the pullout couch). Well furnished, interior designed (really cool brick living room ceiling). But there were notable flaws, such as TVs setup without outlets/power nearby, as if they were just props (in both bedrooms). And both showers were very clogged, quickly filling with water during use.Lastly, it was nice to have Manny's nearby for their beach, food, and drink. But the neighborhood itself is pretty depressed these days, with very few options walkable beyond Manny's.

Rocky Point

We truly enjoyed the property and the outstanding view. Everything was perfect. Enjoyed walking to Manny’s for dinner and drinks. Also the El Capitan view was breathtaking.

Thanksgiving getaway

Really lovely condo with a great layout and spectacular view of the ocean. Palapa, pool and hot tub just outside the door. We met numerous nice neighbors, enjoyed the close (but not too close) proximity to Manny's beach club and restaurant. Wonderful place to bring kids..tide pools to explore and lots a pelicans to watch but great for all ages. Would definitely go back!

Great location

The condo is located near everything you may need. Plus it is dog friendly! We all had a wonderful stay! We loved that the TV had American channels!! Wish the condo beach area wasn’t so rocky.

We really enjoyed Brenda’s condo. We’ve stayed here once before and find it to have most everything we need. The location is great! Not too busy. Her condo feels like home. Brenda is so kind and easy to communicate with. Best of all, she’s pet friendly! We will definitely stay again!

Perfect location

This was a fantastic condo. The view is amazing, the accommodations were superb. The host is very thoughtful and detailed in her instructions about the condo. My adult children and their family stayed a few complexes down the beach, my daughter and I had the condo to ourselves. However, we were able to fit an additional 5 people over for an impromptu swim party. Will definitely book again

Amazing!!

I recently stayed at Brenda’s condo on the beach, and it was an amazing experience. The place was impeccably clean, which made it feel very welcoming from the moment we arrived. It offered a great level of privacy, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time without any disturbances. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we got a good night's sleep every night. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene beach getaway.

Getting into town was no problem. Directions were perfect. Staff at the condo were friendly and always helpful. The condo itself is *gorgeous!* with a direct view of the ocean and swimming pool. Everything worked as expected. Everything clean. Would definitely love to come back!

The best vacation ever

This property was absolutely stunning. Definitely exceeded our expectations and photos on line . This Vrbo was super cozy clean and spacious.. I would highly recommend this specific property to anyone looking for aspecial experience with the perfect views . I personally will only rent from Brenda each and every time myself and family go to rocky point Brenda and the whole staff at the Vrbo are very tentative kind and super friendly 10 with out a doubt
