  • An AZ Vacay Homes property- This condo truly has it all: pet friendly, two bedrooms and two full baths, ocean views, a pool with a swim-up bar, and a sky lounge for enjoying drinks and views. Casa Blanca Golf Villas is set on approximately 15 acres, and guests can enjoy any of the 4 pools at the resort (including one alongside the beach), the 18 Hole links putting golf course, exercise trail and walking paths, two running streams, gas and charcoal BBQ grills in picnic areas, desert-tropical landscapes, a beach volley ball court, and access to the public beach with palapas and palm trees. Walk to restaurants and bars. You’ll also be close to all the action- shops, ATV rentals, and water activities.

    After a day at the beach, unwind in your comfortable 5th floor condo, conveniently located by the elevator. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes an osmosis drinking water tap.
    Primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, smart tv with Roku, and an en-suite bathroom.
    Second bedroom offers a double and single bed, tv with dvd player, and a full bathroom right across the hall.
    Living room features comfy couches and smart TV with Roku.
    You’ll also have a convenient washer and dryer. Step out onto the 220 square foot balcony to take in the ocean views or enjoy games. Best of all, you don’t have to leave your fur child at home—this property is dog friendly. If you are bringing a pet, please tell me the age, weight, and breed of the pet before booking. There will be a $300 pet fee per dog.
