We had a great stay as soon as we arrived, we were greeted at the door, the valet helped us in with our luggage. Having our vehicle gated on the premises, made us feel safe, anytime, we wanted to leave the premises. The guard would allow us to come and go as we needed . The staff made our stay safe and enjoyable. They were awesome.

The property is the best in the block , the other surrounding area are run down, abandoned buildings and a lot of trailers and rvs it is by far the nicest place closest to playa bonita .

There is a bar right on site if you want a couple drink before you call it a night. There is an Oxxo across the street, and Capones is right next door.

Great location. Oxxo across the street. Al Capone’s next door. Lotsa walkable spots. Bar on premises was convenient too. Plumbing was leaking outside our room and we had no water for an hour, but plumbing issues seem to be common in Rocky Point.

Good experience
Rooms, courtyard, interior and exterior of building were all clean, comfortable and safe. The staff at front desk, security and housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. The secure parking was a comfort and convenient for our large vehicle. We would stay here again.

It was mediocre at best. It’s an older Hotel. So that is to be expected. No continental breakfast. But hey, it’s Mexico. The property was well taken care of, but again it’s older. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Very old building with lots of deferred maintenance. bathrooms needed ventilation for moisture, the area of town was not near the beach, and parking was off-property. Not safe and I would not recommend it.

The online pictures looked amazing however the venue itself was lackluster… The a/c in our room didn’t work- had to have maintenance come check it out- didn’t cool the room enough till like 1am- then by 8am it was hot again- they tried saying that it was because of the heat- but my other room was solid cold after running the ac for a few minutes— also got charged $20 for a towel that yes had hair color transfer that could easily come off with bleach- but whatever. We then switched rooms because my mom did not like it there so we took over her room cause our room was just not cool enough and it’s really hot down there- we asked for both rooms to be cleaned and left for the day… old room was cleaned therefore the $20 charge for the towel however, the other room was not cleaned. We went to the front desk and requested new sheets, which they did change. It wasn’t a really bad stay however it wasn’t the greatest either— the morning security guard was very friendly and helpful tho, so props to him.

I liked nothing about the property! It was noisy till 5am in the morning there is a bar located on property make sure you don’t get a room around there because there inconsiderate people that will keep you up.. An the staff does nothing g to quiet them down .. overall will never go back !!
