Nice place

Nice comfortable place. The kitchen cooking utensils are very limited. But overall a nice place. I did have to ask for a fresh bed cover for the Master Suite on the first day. The front desk was on it ASAP.. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit, the condo overall was great and clean!! Couple minor things: mattress pad on master bed was plastic so it made a lot of noise whenever I moved, I unfortunately toss and turn quite a bit throughout the night. A couple items were not cleaned well in the master bath. There were a couple different groups of guests that decided to blare their music later at night, one by the family jacuzzi and another from their condo; wish people would be more considerate of other guests. Oh and we had asked/hoped to check in earlier, however front desk clerk said the room wasn’t ready/cleaned yet, we asked that she call me when it was and never got the call, and on the condo cleaning checklist in the kitchen it was cleaned 3 days prior, so it really was ready, guess she just didn’t want to allow us in. We just had a truck bed full of our things so couldn’t really leave it out of our site so limited our time to kill. Again, overall great condo and experience. Thank you!!!

New Owner

Having spent many vacations in Rocky Point, We purchased this condo in 2014. We have upgraded the furnishings and fixtures to improve our condo for renters pleasure, as well as our own. There are new flat screen TVs and DVD players in the living room and each bedroom, upgraded furniture, resupplied kitchen, new paint, and decorations. There is instructions the for wifi and phone access and it has always worked well for us. We think that it is the perfect condo. It should have everything you will need for a great getaway. The pictures only show some of the changes at this time.

Puerto Penasco frequent visitor

The location and view of the ocean from this unit are second to none. Unfortunately, that is all the unit has going for it. General maintenance and attention to detail are totally lacking. A few of the details include, lack of light bulbs or burnt out light bulbs, the TV remote did not work, the Wi-Fi access was denied, there are NO wine glasses and the kitchen is poorly appointed. There are dinner plates, but only 1 small plate, 4 large glasses and 3 small glasses. The VRBO description indicates that "this kitchen has everything a five star chef would need to prepare a delicious gourmet meal." That is definitely not true." The cooking utensils are adequate only, even the toaster was broken. The unit was clean, but the bedding is worn and smelly with the bed pillows resembling small pancakes. There are no beach towels or any beach chairs, etc. The paint is peeling off the outdoor furniture. In the second bath (which can only be accessed through the hall) does not have a walk-in shower as indicated) bathroom shower curtain was torn and not large enough to cover the opening. Many other things were in disrepair but I believe I have covered enough here and do not wish to continue downgrading this unit. All and all the appointments were terribly disappointing. This unit needs some TLC now. We were happy to have wonderful weather which offered the opportunity to spend many hours outside in the paradise that Rocky Point provides beach goers.
