This complete, charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has breathtaking views from the second floor of the E building at the Princesa Resort. Sunset views are the best!

The condo is oceanfront. You can enjoy the beach vibes from the raised dining table. Access the balcony through a sliding glass door in the living room. The living room has a beautiful sofa with a matching love seat, a set of end tables, and a coffee table, and has a 55” flat screen TV, DVD, and VCR with a sound bar and Blue Tooth. It comes with cable television, Roku, and high-speed wireless internet. You can use the web to stream TV and music, connect to work or home, and update your social media right from the condo. In the dining room, there is a large glass-top table to accommodate 6 people.

In the kitchen, there are ceramic tiled countertops with full appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. This kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including and has utensils for six people in your home kitchen. There is also a built-in bar at the kitchen counter with bar stools for two for casual dining. In the master bedroom, there is a king-size bed, dresser, and nightstands with a television including Roku. You can also store your clothing in one of two closets.

The attached master bathroom has a single sink mirrored vanity with a closet that has full-length mirrored doors. The private bathroom has a shower, tub, and commode. The 2nd guest bedroom has a king-size bed with a head/footboard, dresser, and a TV/DVD player. The room has a large double-door closet to keep your clothing. The hall bathroom has a walk-in travertine shower with a single sink mirrored vanity and commode. Accommodations for up to 4 adult guests and would accommodate with an additional change up to two additional children upon request (pull-out couch in the living room).
