Princesa Resort A-204 Rock n' Reel Amazing Oceanfront
This second-floor condominium is a great example of why vacationers return to the Princesa Resort year after year. Fully furnished with an eye to comfort and convenience, this privately owned unit sits close to the beach with outstanding views. This condo has an L shaped granite kitchen counter, full appliances, bar stools, and a separate ding table.
The living room area has overstuffed sofas, sliding door access to the patio with its views, TV, and internet. This unit has it's own washer and dryer as well.
There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom suite and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom houses 2 individual beds, and the second bathroom a walking shower too.
The Princesa is a favored location that makes it easy to enjoy your stay. It is a short drive to the popular Malecon or out to Wrecked at the Reef at the beaches end. Banana boats, hair braiding, and all sorts of vendors wander the beach here, making for a fun atmosphere.

Great Location But Lacking in Everything Else!
The location of the property was awesome! 2nd floors, close to the beach and pool. The amenities were lacking and the beds/sofas/furniture were super uncomfortable and not very nice. The condo is advertised to fit (6) people, however, there were no linens provided for the pull out sofa (with a horrible mattress) and we didn't receive any until our LAST night there. When we checked in the front desk informed us that someone would be there between 9-11am each day to make the beds, provide new towels, and any extras like paper towels and/or toilet paper. They said that they won't touch the bed if there's stuff on it so we made sure to clear everything from the beds. The only think they did was drop paper towels and toilet paper off. We had to go to the front desk to request dishwasher tabs to run the dishwasher and you have to bring literally everything, down to salt, if you want to use the kitchen since there were pots, pans, some bowls, and a few sheet pans only in the kitchen. We go to Rocky Point at LEAST (2) times per year and this is the most uncomfortable stay we've had and cost just the same of other places we've stayed there.
