Princesa Resort D-103 Beach Made Me Do It Piece of Paradise Ground Floor Condo

Stay at our Princesa de Peñasco. Enjoy our green grassy garden areas. We have 3 pools, a volleyball court; we have a fun restaurant with several specials during the week. We have a clubhouse with a fitness area. There is a BBQ area close to the pool area so you can make a day for a cookout. A convenience store is at the front desk. All that you might expect from a top-class resort, you will find here.

This unit is perfect! You have an equipped kitchen, all the appliances and cook utensils you will need to prepare a wonderful meal for your family or friends. You will find a family area with a living room set in mint green leather. The sofa is big enough to turn into a bed with enough space for 2 people. The dining room has a big enough dining set, for 6 people, all heavy wood. The set is looking right out the sliding door that takes you outside, so you can have a nice dinner with a view. The sliding door opens to take you to the beautiful patio where you can sit at our patio furniture. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and it shares the hall bathroom. You will also have a laundry room with washer and dryer and there is some storage space also. The unit is great.
You will have the advantage of parking and walking to the unit with little to no hassle. You will go out and sit on the patio to enjoy the afternoon and walk right to the pool, no elevators, and no stairs, just fun. The view is great and the company is better. We will see you here!

Perfect Location!

Our stay was fantastic and we will be renting this unit again in the future. The location was absolutely incredible!! Couldn’t ask for a better unit. Would recommend brining all toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) - all other items provided (dish soap, laundry detergent and hand wash) - beds were comfortable and there were a ton of extra pillows and blankets! 10/10 recommment.

Spacious yet cozy

Everything was clean and the cleaning lady was on top of it. Everything outside of the condo was great. I loved how many extra blankets there were in case you wanted to get cozy on the couch. Love how many people can fit without it being too crowded. There were not that many negatives. On my first day there I found a dead in the shower which I did not see any other roaches after that it's a clean place. There was construction going on the floor on top of us between 3am - 12pm and I was so confused and I did not sleep. The couches were a little old and had yellow stains from aging overtime. At the time of my review it was affordable and overall I enjoyed my stay.

Nice condo, good price

We've stayed at Princesa before, but it was not managed by Casago. I found the check-in process a little bit of a hassle (normally just given a code and you're good to go, but Casago wants to take a photo of you and everything.) Electronic keys were un-intuitive. This condo was fine and clean, however the main bathroom sink barely drained. The AC worked great. It was weird that they came in our room each day exactly when we were gone and left toilet paper and soap, but didn't make our beds? Odd, like they were just checking us out. The instructions said they wouldn't check on us for 3 days, so didn't really appreciate this as we had expensive laptops for our remote work, but all was well. We weren't aware that Rocky Pointe was having water issues, and it would of been nice to know ahead of time as we would of brought down cases of water to donate. Maybe Casago could do a water donation drive :)

Family Friendly

The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the pool and just around the corner from the store and the restaurant. Family friendly so make sure you don't make noises after 10pm and the security is more on the strict side which is not necessarily a bad thing.

A cozy condo near the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was as pictured and described. One outdoor pool and one hot tub were heated. We enjoyed walking on the beach.
