All About the View... And more!

This condo, way up on the 11th floor of the Sonoran Sky resort, is immaculate! It is very nicely furnished and very comfortable. And just beyond the beautiful living space is the large balcony that defines the condo's namesake - providing an amazing view of the Sea of Cortez and Puerto Penasco. Bring binoculars! The entire Sonoran Sky property/experience is absolutely top notch and rivals any other property on Sandy Beach. It also offers a slightly quieter experience vs some of the larger, more notorious party resorts that are nearby. Highly recommend.

Could use some TLC

Check in was easy and the woman that checked us in was delightful and professional and helpful. The gym at this property is amazing. The pool is gorgeous and clean. The pool bar staff is #1. I did not love the condo so much. The deadbolt to enter and the lock mechanism is loose and worn out. All the decorations were super dusty. Both beds were uncomfortable and squeaky and moved with any slight movement. The toilets are sloooowwwww to flush and should be replaced. The fan in the bathroom didnt work. The patio furniture and couch were run down and should probably be replaced. The kitchen cabinets were raggedy. Some wouldnt stay closed. The kitchen doesnt have anything useful besides forks, spoons and butterknives. Most of the knives were rusted or broken and everything else seemed like a previous tenant bought it cheap out of necessity and left it behind. The air conditioning worked GREAT, though The

Love this property and the friendliness of the people and staff. Our room was slightly under-stocked (low TP, no kitchen towels, only 1 garbage bag) but otherwise our stay was perfect!

Clean and Cute

Our stay in the room was wonderful. The patio is fully furnished with a lot of nice comfortable seating to be able to sit and watch the water. The only thing missing was some kitchen items, such as grilling utensils, wash clothes and towels. Will definitely recommend and stay here again though.

Great view! Coffee pot but no coffee. Hot water was minimal and dripping (took over 25 minutes to fill the jacuzzi tub). Otherwise amazing trip!

Disappointed

At the check in they wanted $180.00 more for the kids. When I booked the room I put the correct age for the kids but they still wanted more money, they let us go without paying more, after I told them I’m calling the owner and Vrbo. Very disappointed, we had lots of friends around at check in, we were a group of more then 20 families, they heard our disagreement and they made me look bad. When they ask at booking the age of each child we assume they charge the right amount on the bottom line total. Again very disappointed.
