"What a beautiful property! Fabulous pools, perfect beach set up with palapas , attentive staff everywhere . The one bedroom over looked the ocean and zero gravity pool , and what a great place! By the way, travel is after the problems in Puerto Vallarta , Baja Tijuana etc- there is zero problem in Rocky Point. "

"Clean room and friendly staff. Stayed there a couple years ago and had a fabulous room upgrade but not so this time, downgraded to two double bed on the 3rd floor. Hotel provides a complimentary breakfast at their restaurant. Last time you could order a fabulous breakfast off the menu but this time they had a new breakfast menu with two options which both were gross. 2 pre frozen pancakes or a leftover Mexican tortilla chip casserole that was gross. A small glass of orange juice and water. While it was clean and friendly we will probably not return for further downgrades. "

"Air conditioning system didn’t work for 5 days of the trip….then the electric was cut off almost the entire 5 th day. Master bedroom has no windows so natural ventilation as suggested by the host isn’t possible unless you want to leave your doors open on an 1st floor unit…Owner made excuses even though all other power was on in the building. Owner aggressively refused to cancel the rest of our booking or refund any money even though lack of maintenance, keeping your electricity on/current isn’t too much to ask from a host IMO. Host did not take responsibility at all….The pictures make this place look great…but beware the host that’s anything but hospitable."
