Sonoran Sea W-505 Sea-Spray Haven Fabulous Oceanfront Condo

The 5th floor of the Sonoran Sea is a nice compromise - high enough for exceptional views, but low enough to not feel you are in the clouds.

Two-bedroom West 505 faces the Old Port neighborhood across the water. Just don the elevators at the lobby building you will find lots to enhance your stay. There is a full workout area with terrific views, a coffee shop and convenience store, and Ramon's Restaurant, offering in-room service, and a great Sunday Brunch.

Nice with some opportunity

Overall nice stay but was disappointed that the second bedroom had only one bed, the listing mentioned bunk beds with a queen on bottom, one onf my kids had to sleep on the sofa.

I was hesitant in getting this condo because of previous review but I am glad I stayed here. The view is perfect, the outdoor table is big for 6 people. Indoor decorations are beach style & very cute. Condo was very cold when we arrived which I appreciate it. Only down side was house keeping was not done the days I stayed, I was told by front desk that I would have house keeping for two days & that did not happen, a lot of sand accumulated during our stay. Overall I would recommend the place, it does have pool section for family & adult only, which I appreciate it since I don't have kids.

It should have been better for the cost

Our family has been Sonoran Sea customers since 2005. The condos are now in a great need of maintenance. The value for our stay wasn’t worth it. Both entrance doors didn’t work properly, the AC was at its 50% capacity, restroom water faucet cannot be stopped and water just runs and runs. Check out staff didn’t give me my ID back and now I will wait to see if they send it back by mail ( paid by me). We were told that a lamp from the living room was broken. It already had tape on it and some kind of glue!!! I wonder how many times have they charged customers for the same lamp???? Waiters in Changos bar tried to double charge some drinks that were invited from friends in another table. It’s time to say good bye to SS and looking after new properties.
