    The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances.



    The living and dining areas feature ample seating, including a sofa bed.



    Large sliding glass doors surround the space, offering plenty of natural light and a great view of the Sea of Cortez.



    The back patio is furnished and includes 3 BBQ grills. The porch leads to the sundeck via stairs.

    Pets are welcome.

    No ATVs, UTVs, Razors, or Jet Skis allowed in the Las Conchas Community.

    No fires or fireworks on the beach (Las Conchas HOA Rule).
