Great kid place

My kids absolutely loved the kid area and the water slides. We were there all day every day. The condos were nice but not as clean as I would hope for. I did enjoy that they did all the cleaning and we didn’t have to worry about cleaning the last day we left.

Zero communication

Had some issues with the drains clogging and after 5 attempts, never could reach the owner. Still no reply from him. We also had to leave early due to an emergency so I contacted the owner about that too and no response. We have trips planned for June and August and will be staying in a different condo.

Love Rocky Point!! Incredible Ocean Views!

We have stayed at this same condo before which is why I chose to stay again when I say it available on VRBO. The pictures are exactly like the actual condo. There is more than enough room for 6 people. The views and patio are incredible and the location to the pools and beach is really close. I would definitely stay at this condo again if given the opportunity.
