Enjoy Rocky Point in total luxury on a beachfront home. This unique property within the beautiful resort of Bella Sirena offers the best of everything. 5 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms, spacious living areas, sweeping views, jacuzzi in the back lawn overlooking the ocean, you name it.

The two front master suites walk out to the back patio / beach. They come equiped with large flat screen TVs, King size beds and are professionally decorated.

Other bedrooms offer a Queen bed / and a room for the kids (2 full/twin bunks) and a mother-in-law private room off the courtyard. Every room has its own bathroom, own TV.

There is a full featured kitchen with everything you need, a very large patio with lawn, a sundeck in the roof where you can admire the views or soak in the sun.

Great stay.

Excellent time at this house. I would suggest updating the outdoor furniture and fire pit. Compared to the other homes, this was lacking. Owner was excellent with communication and responded right away to any questions we had. We used the chef and food service he recommended and it was excellent service and food. The chefs were great l Highly recommend. We would go back here again for vacation.

The home was amazing and Boan the owner was attentive and very accommodating.

My family of 12 and I visited this Beautiful house that sits right on the ocean. This is an extremely comfortable home.., plenty of space & room in the house.., unbelievable ocean views and great security to really get to enjoy the comforts of Mexico and the owner Boan was phenomenal to deal with. We WILL go back!

Great stay!

What a wonderful place for the family to stay together. The villa has a great location, right on a beach! 4 full bedrooms and 2 large bank beds in fifth room. Nice outside setting with plenty of beach towels, grill and Jacuzzi. Roof space for gathering. Beautiful resort garden and pool space. All questions solved by owners on a spot with not even a minute of postponement. The only think I would change is skillets for new ones and more cups and plates. Overall 100% worth. Thank you.

Words can not describe how amazing this property is. We have stayed in this house a few times and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Loved the house and access to the beach. The bed situation was perfect for our three families. Would recommend an upgrade in living room and patio furniture. Not enough seats for a large group of people and couches are run down. Also a few more kitchen items.....crock pot, can opener and more glasses. Loved our stay. Thanks so much for working with us!’

Great Location

This property was ideal for our extended family with all the children. Cant get much better beach access then this place. The garage even fit our oversized vehicles! We had a couple minor issues on day 1 of our stay and Boan was quick to respond. However we never did get a refilled bottle of propane for the grill, luckily we were able to borrow a neighbors. My only complaint would be, the place needs updated appliances. They have a very basic range/oven and the fridge is on its way out. All in all the trip went well and the accommodations we good, enough, and the fantastic location, we will probably book again!

Nice property, but over charged

I have stayed at this resort for the last 3 years consistently. I was charged double for this house in particular. The cleanliness of the property was very poor. There was hardly any cookware in the home. The casita had only cold water and the tv didn’t work. The stereo system in the home didn’t work either and when brought to the homeowners attention his reply was “well we don’t advertise that it has one”. The washer in the garage had no lid because it was so rusted. The hot didn’t work for 3 days while we were there. There was a missing cabinet in the kitchen. When I addressed it to the owner he had someone come out and put it on. We stayed for almost a week and one of the bedrooms there wasn’t a dresser to be able to unpack clothing,, if I wanted to hang something in the closet there weren’t enough hangers. The light switch on the hot tub had exposed wires. The owner was very quick in responding which I am grateful for but you can tell compared to the other homes here that this one is less maintained. Unfortunately I will not select this home to stay in again. I will be looking elsewhere.

You cant beat the location!

We have stayed at Bella Sirena several times over the last few years, but this was our first opportunity to stay in one of the large villas right on the water. The house accommodated our family perfectly. We appreciated having space to park our 3x vehicles and spacious rooms each with their own bathroom. We thought we would miss having the amazing ocean view from the high rise condos, but the rooftop deck of this villa offers great views. It is important that guests are aware that one of the bedrooms and connecting bathrooms has its own separate entrance by the front door; it is a casita separate from the main house. Good to know as this would not be a great room for kids/children for safety reasons. With that being said, you really cant beat walking out the back door with direct access to the beach. The patio furniture is really nice and our little ones enjoyed the small patch of grass to play. We had an issue with the AC working upon arrival and the owner was quick to respond and get the problem resolved VERY quickly. Why the four stars? The beds are very uncomfortable. Also, the shower head in the master bathroom needs to be replaced. We would absolutely stay here again!

50th Birthday Celebration

I have stayed in multiple beach villas on Sandy Beach and this one is the most beautiful home on Sandy Beach inside and out. It fit 14 of my closest adult family members very comfortably. We spent most of our time on the back patio enjoying our own private beach. The private hot tub was an added plus to our relaxing vacation. The interior was beautifully decorated and you could tell that a lot was invested into making guests feel like royalty. The master bedroom is spacious, comfortable and provides you with everything you can imagine in a vacation home. The casita provided a quiet place for my elderly parents to rest in a quit private area. This home made my 50th birthday celebration a weekend I will never forget. If you are reading this, stop and reserve this home for your holiday right now.

Annual family vacation

We stay at a villa in Bella Sirena every year! We stayed in villa 19 this year and loved it! The house has a lot of room and with the beach in your backyard nothing beats it. I would recommend a few updates as there were many things that weren’t working. The sliding door to the backyard made a horrid noise every time we opened it. One of the burners in the kitchen stove was broken, as well as the toilet and mini fridge in the casita. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the host very much!

Great villa

We were 8 professional women staying at one of the ocean front villas of Bella Serena. Very much enjoyed our stay and use of the facilities. The villa was spacious and well equipped, and we spent many hours walking the beach and soaking in the hot tub! Looking forward to our next visit!
