This place was beautiful and amazing right on the beach perfect amount of space very clean & owner was very pleasant to talk to he was next door in his other villa and came over to help with some stuff we didn’t know how to work in the house. I would definitely rent it again.

50th birthday celebration

12 of us stayed at the villa for my 50th birthday celebration. Everything about it was amazing! There is so much to do in Rocky Point but we didn't want to leave the villa because it was so beautiful. Being right on the beach was incredible, and the view was spectacular! We spent a ton of time in the hot tub, and enjoyed the fire pit at night. Everything was super clean, and the kitchen & pantry were fully stocked with everything we could need. The beds were comfortable. Neal was awesome! He is quick to respond and so helpful! I can't say enough good things about him or the villa. Highly recommend it to anyone, and can't wait to come back! Thank you for an amazing birthday weekend!

Eight adults, one teenager, three generations, all quite happy with a beautiful clean space, and matchless views! As described, quite lovely! Easy access to town. Quick response from owner when we had two needs … for either information or more propane for the grill. We would not hesitate to rent this little slice of paradise again.

Our recent stay at this house was exceptional and set it apart from the other properties we've rented in the past. 50th Birthday Girls Weekend

This Villa was absolutely perfect!! Neil answered the phone immediately the one time I needed him. The house is perfect for large groups. There were 12 of us women. 2 master bedrooms with king beds that have ocean views. One of them has an addition twin daybed with trundle. The next bedroom has a king under a full bunk bed. The 4th room in the house has a full under twin bunk and an additional bed in the room. In addition, there’s a detached casita right next to the front entryway with a queen bed. So much space!! The decor is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. Has a full coffee pot and single Keurig. The spa overlooks the ocean. The view from the house or yard is stunning. There is a rooftop area to sit and enjoy the view. Being on the property of Bella Serina means we enjoyed the gym, swim up pool bar, additional pool and grounds. I will be back for sure!!

Best vacation rental for family with kids

I never leave reviews! However, this place was too perfect not to leave a review. We stayed with 6 adults and 7 kids (ages 3-10). (We were a little hesitant to travel to Mexico with all the kids, but the gated resort offered some additional “safety comfort, and to be honest there was never a time we felt unsafe whatsoever) To start, the house was immaculate! The cleaning service really goes above and beyond to make sure the house is spotless. The house has everything you need. From TONS of beach towels, to plenty of kitchen ware. We were able to make family meals for 13 people for breakfast, lunch, and dinner without any issues. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy, and had plenty of pillows and additional blankets. The best part about this status without a doubt the location. The backyard backs up right to the beach, and theres a nice wooden ramp/walkway from the yard to the sand. It was perfect! No need to pack up anything and lug it around. There’s also a nice jacuzzi right on the back patio to unwind in at night. During the late afternoon, when the tide had come in, there are rocks right where the water meets the beach, so we would go use the hotel pool at that time and take advantage of the full bar/restaurant. It was the best of both worlds! The resort also has a really nice gym that opens at 6am we were able to take advantage of.(like a 3 min walk from the house!). Overall, we really couldn’t have asked for a better spot. We will be making this place our new getaway!

We have been going to Bella Sirena for years. Within the complex, these ocean front villas are unbeatable. This particular unit would benefit from some updating/maintenance, but we had a great time overall. Host was responsive and helped as needed. We will be back.
