Stayed with the family for a week. Food: as an all inclusive, food was good. Reservation for specialized restaurant was complicated since restaurante has very limited availability. We arrived on Momday and get reservation for Thursday. If you are going for a 3-4 days trip, you couldn’t visit all specialized restaurant. Tepanyaki and Mexican restaurant food and service was great. Italian was awful. All plates were bad and cold. Rooms and hotels need a lot of update. Property is not mantian adequately. Specially the pool. Beds are not threat confortable and pillow are not good at all. Personally: al the staff were great. Always smiling and eager to talk.

Could barely see the ocean. They put us on the ground floor right next to the snack bar and truck delivery for that food service. It was terrible.😳😩 Took longer to check in this time three different folks kept saying 15 more minutes 3 different times we finally went to the room and it was ready. So we got our luggage to room and never heard from front desk. Our TV had to be replaced after 3 times reported not working. Had to have AC reset and my daughter next door was using blow dryer and blew a breaker 🙈. Who knew you could only use bathroom outlets for that. They did respond quickly to calls. Oh worst of all being in that room we could not be comfortable sitting in balcony or getting dressed in the room as we also were at a common busy walk way for all to peer at us.

The ocean was visible from our room. The snorkeling trip Iberostar offered was great. The divers also had a great time with clear visibility; the staff was fabulous! We highly enjoyed the jacuzzi!

Located right on the beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas throughout the resort. Lots of covered walkways for the tropical downpours. Site is beautiful. Staff are lovely and very helpful. It’s all but impossible to get a table at the on-site restaurants. The buffet is acceptable but not outstanding. However, staff were very helpful in recommending and obtaining reservation and transport for a local restaurant which was excellent (LaLola - on the beach). Room and bathroom were lovely, clean, and very comfortable. There’s a safe in the room for valuables.

Premises was very clean, staff were friendly multiple activities throughout the day to engage families. The drawback for me was the pool water was very cold and no hot jetted hot pool. Additionally, it was a challenge to obtain a dinner reservation always full, we ended eating most of our stay in the buffet. Additionally, people smoke everywhere. The resort can improve on this by making a smoking designated area specially because there’s children being exposed.

Nous avions une chambre front de mer et la vue sur l'océan était très belle. La chambre était grande et le lit confortable mais il y avait beaucoup de choses à réparer. Le verrou de la porte fenêtre était cassé donc impossible de la fermer. Plusieurs fois des techniciens sont intervenus dans la salle de bain pour des fuites. Les extérieurs sont beaux et bien entretenus sauf la piscine qui était assez sale: fientes d'oiseaux et petites feuilles. La nourriture était excellente avec beaucoup de choix pour tous les régimes. Le gros point noir a été le bruit. Il n'y a aucun endroit calme pour se poser, lire un livre tranquillement ou juste profiter du bruit des vagues. La musique est très forte et abrutissante et les animations n'en finissent pas. Même dans notre chambre, nous entendions encore le bruit. Cela dure du matin au soir et les clients sont parfois aussi très bruyants. L'insonorisation des chambres est inexistante. Nous attendions un plus haut standing de la part d'Iberostar.
