It's a very modern brand newly built villa equipped with a swimming pool and a beautiful mountain view from the rooftop patio. It's in a gated private residential with security 24/7.
The home is equipped with full kitchen, hot water & electricity 24/7.
It's is equipped with a propane BBQ for the guest to use.
Laundry is on site; electrical washer&dryer. 2 out of 3 bedrooms are equipped with AC, fans are available for extra comfort. It's also equipped with 2 full bathrooms plus a guest washroom
Parking for two cars is available inside the garage plus two extra parking spaces on driveway.
The property is Close to everything 3 minute drive to the beaches, 5 minutes to El Malecón, 7 minute drive to the city, El Teleférico.
A 15 minutes drive to the Puerto Plata Airport
Horse back riding , boogies excursions to the rivers, mountains and beaches is also available for an extra fee upon request.
It's close to the beach and the city of puerto plata.
The beach is 3 min driving distance
The city is about 6-8 min driving.
