The staff here were nice and helpful. The room was comfortable for two. The restaurant at this hotel was horrendous. We purchased lunch which was very overpriced and the food was not edible. If there was better food we would have hung our around the hotel more.

Une catastrophe, je ne recommande ni les voyageurs ni Expedia de travailler avec! D'un point de vue architectural, l'établissement semble très beau, avec deux magnifiques arbres dans le patio et une piscine. Malheureusement, l'établissement n'est pas bien entrenu, les joints sont sales, le bois est abîmé de toutes parts et l'état des draps (recousus et tâchés) laisse à désirer... La restauration ne rattrape pas non plus, nous avions le petit déjeuner inclu (sinon 200k PHP/pax) et c'était....affreux de devoir manger ça dès le matin ! Ouvert de 6h à 9h seulement, il n'y avait déjà plus grand chose à 8h si ce n'est du poisson frit et du riz. Les dîners au restaurant ont aussi été très mauvais : du porc frit commandé le 1er soir et j'ai surtout eu du gras de porc frit plus que de la viande. Des spaguettis à la sauce tomate commandés le 2nd soir et sont arrivés des pâtes avec une sauce bbq chimique et des knakis tranchés.... Enfin, et c'est assez incroyable, apparemment il y a eu une bactérie dans l'eau de l'hôtel, résultat la piscine a été vidangée (donc pas d'accès à la piscine le 2e jour et que dire des risques pris en se baignant le 1er jour sans savoir) et de la javel a été mise dans la tuyauterie. Il a fallut qu'on descende se plaindre à l'acceuil à 20h car mon mari, en sortant de la douche, avait les yeux rouge et sentait la javel !!!! Nous n'avions pas été prévenus ni alertés quant à la bactérie. Impossible si vous allez chez le doc après de pouvoir lui en parler !

Ant infested room and shower overflow

Customer service was great, however there were a lot of ants in the room. There were ants in the bread I put on the table and ants going in through the door. My son's room had ants even on his bathroom sink. The shower also was not low enough and water was going to the toilet floor after taking a shower. I had to call customer service to mop the floor and didn't bother the next day because we just used our paper napkins to wipe the bathroom floor.

Dissapointing!

The difference between the picture and what's real place looks like is night and day. Bathroom is not clean and it smells. No towel from the room and when we requested one and when we got one the towel is in bad shape (patched up) It's more like a hostel than a real hotel as advertised. They can only give you one key card and pool is dirty and small as how it's portrayed in their photo. Location is far from any store or things to do. Overall not good and I expected more for a $40/night hotel.

Etablissement correct pour un escale à Puerto Princesa. Le petit dejeuner est moyen mais vu le prix de nuitée, je ne peux pas me plaindre. Le seule reproche, Nous avons reservé l'excursion Honda Bay avec l'établissement que nous avons partagé avec d'autres groupes. Le car alloué pour nous était vieux donc la clim ne fonctionnait pas comme il fallait. Nous étions 11 dans le car donc serré. J'ai l'impression que le nombre de notre groupe n'a pas etait pris en compte pour le transport. De plus, lors de dejeuner inclus dans l'excursion, notre groupe a été separé des autres en disant qu'ils ont reservé un buffet dans un autre ile qui etait meilleur à ce qui etait proposé aux autres groupes. Sauf que dans les autres groupes, il y avait des grillades et fruits frais ! Le buffet n'etait pas bon avec beaucoup de friture ! J'etais vraiment contrariée avec le prix qu'on avait payé. J'avoue que j'ai reservé au dernier moment. Mais si l'établissement estime qu'il ne pouvait pas prendre un charge ma demande par leur operateur, il faillait le dire !

I like that this property has a restaurant, pool and friendly staffs. The property IRL looks less appealing than how the photos sell. I personally think this is a bit short for a 3.5 star hotel. Amenities are minimal, electricity and water were out on one of the nights I stayed. Friendly staffs compensate a part of my experience though.

unhappy for breakfast

not happy with the breakfast when we asked for a fresh mill the staff said that its already runs out and she cant provide anymore. we said that how can we eat the cereals or even have the options to add on our coffee or tea. i would suggest that have a stock in place in case this things happens and that time was only 7am and theres more guests that was coming to have their meal. i asked the staff to ask someone but she didnt do anything to sort it out.

Staff was very helpful and kind with us. The room was clean but very small. The air dryer was working bad, the shower tap was broken and the AC remote was working bad. Also, the hotel was very noisy with all kids playing in the swimming pool. We were disappointed.

リーズナブルな高級ホテル

ホテルには罪はないが空港のターミナルが新築されすぐそばでは無くなったのがちょっと残念だが高級感があり食事も美味しくてトータルで割安。ゆったりした間取り、緑も多く、プールも清潔、シャトルサービスも従業員も親切。この時期で満室だったので予約が取りにくいかもしれない。

温水の出が良くなかったが

それ以外は満足。スタッフの接客も満点。レストランの料理も安くて美味しかった。プールの水も綺麗で泳ぎやすかった。次回も是非泊まりたい。
