Experience the comfort and security of a gated community with round-the-clock access to the outdoor swimming pool, indoor gym, children's playground, free parking and a welcoming communal lounge.

Pristine Beach reachable within 1.5 km, Honda Bay is 12 km from the accommodation, while Mendoza Park is 4.4 km away. Restaurants and bars are just a quick walk away.

This is a studio flat with a cozy bed size of 54x75, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The living room also boasts a convenient sofa bed for additional sleeping space. With an ensuite kitchen and bathroom, you have all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. For added flexibility, an extra folded bed can be provided for a small fee of 500 pesos.

Nice little apartment but no restaurants in the area. Could order in food. Very limited local shops nearby. Pool was nice, but no lounge chairs.
