"Lush and expansive property. It’s a tropical paradise, secluded and very private. A very unique property for Guatemalan’s Pacific Coast. Although technically not on the beach, as it’s located on the canal, this might be a plus as you enjoy the privacy and the beautiful surroundings. The beach on this part of the coast is rather steep and not that enjoyable anyway.
