Es stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um eine heruntergekommende Anlage und besonders das Apartment in einer ungünsigen Position ohne Grün und wenig Sonneneinstrahlung handelte. Im Wohnraum gab es keine Toilette. Der Aufgang zum Schlafraum hatte keinerlei Haltemöglichkeiten , keine Geländer im gewendelten Aufgang.
