The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), located about 12 miles away. Depending on traffic, the drive to the apartment takes around 30-45 minutes. For those with a car, you'll appreciate the outdoor parking spot available at the property. Additionally, taxis and rideshares are easily accessible for exploring nearby attractions or heading to the airport.
Public transportation options are also available within walking distance. You can catch local buses or enjoy a quick ride via a taxi or rideshare to downtown or surrounding areas in just 10-15 minutes. Whether you're venturing out for local dining, shopping, or exploring the natural beauty of the area, getting around is both easy and convenient.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during their stay.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are welcome as long as they do not stay overnight. However, outside visitors and hired services (e.g., massage therapists) are not permitted on the property.
- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 PM, to respect the neighbors.
- No smoking of any kind inside the apartment. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 USD fine.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay.
- Pets and any kind of animals are not allowed.
- Guests must climb stairs, even though there is an elevator.
- There is no washer or dryer in the unit, but a shared laundry room is available in the common areas.
- For bookings of two weeks or longer, enjoy a complimentary weekly cleaning service, which includes bedding changes and light dusting.
- There is one outdoor parking space available free of charge, but it is not assigned. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
- We respectfully require up to 72 hours to fix an issue due to an external service provider (e.g., internet).
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
Interaction with Guests:
Please advise the local contact of your expected time of arrival and guests´ full names 24 hours in advance (including flight details). The reception is available 24/7 for key pick-up.
